They are excellent
Sooo good!!! I served mine on flat bread topped with carmelized red onion, bean sprouts, tomato, cucumber and homemade tzatziki. My kids were wary at first but they have all asked me to make it again next week!!
This is a great elevated summer burger! I followed other reviewers suggestions and added a sautéed chopped onion & garlic, splash of worcestershire sauce & tobasco. I used Trader Joes Mediterranean seasoned crumbled Feta for an extra boost of flavor. This recipe is a keeper! If you’re on Weight Watchers the burgers are 6 points each.
These were delicious on their own. However, I did add a few extras to enhance them. I added diced red onions and lemon juice. I had my husband try them as intended (without modifications) and then with the changes. He liked the latter. I would also encourage serving them with Tzatziki sauce or some hummus. These burgers have great flavor and are delicious, light, and fresh. Definitely having these again!

We are usually beef burger eaters, but our daughter was home from college and doesn’t love beef, so we tried these turkey burgers. They are FANTASTIC. If you’re not familiar with Tzatziki sauce, give it a try! It’s a creamy Greek cucumber sauce that is simple to make but sooo good.
Wow! Soooo tasty and a nice, healthy change from regular burgers. Finished them off with bbq sauce on the bun, lettuce and onions (forgot to get a tomato)
This was okay. My family asked that I make my lamb burgers instead. So I won’t make it again. Would rather make lamb burgers and spanakopita.
I made these exactly as written. They were delicious, held together and grilled beautifully. The turkey mixture is soft and sticky so I patted the patties out onto squares of parchment. This made flipping them onto a preheated grill so easy. I served them t
Eee I just got
These are great. We serve then on pita bread with Tzatziki sauce. Yum!
Love this recipe. Easy to make a delicious every time. I used fresh spinach instead of frozen, cooked in frying pan, used paper towel to absorb moisture, then cut into smaller pieces with kitchen sheers
I’ll make this again. Best Turkey Burger ever!
The flavor was good, but it needed a binder. I added a lot of panko crumbs, along with paprika and fresh basil.
I fixed these burgers for dinner tonight and they were great. I bought 85/15 ground turkey and instead of plain feta, I used feta mixed with sun dried tomatoes and basil. Added all the other ingredients per the recipe. The raw mixture was pretty loose (maybe my spinach was too wet) so I pan fried the burgers. Next time I might use chopped raw spinach, or add some bread crumbs to absorb the excess moisture. used hearty rolls, topped the burgers with lettuce tomatoes and tzatziki sauce. Yummy. BTW, my guys who usually eat 2 burgers could only finish 1 of these. The recipe made 5.
Love em’, I used fresh spinach, 1/2 C onion and one teaspoon of Detroit Greektown seasoning. They were great.
Delicious burger! I used fresh spinach and chopped it finely. Also, I added one slice of whole wheat bread torn to the meat mixture to help hold it together. I also added some finely chopped onion to the mixture. Hubbs brushed some olive oil to both sides before putting on the grill. They were absolutely delicious and juicy. It was really nice with a dollup of taziki sauce on grilled whole wheat buns. GREAT recipe!
easy and awesome
This was just okay. I didn’t like the flavor of the frozen spinach and found it overwhelming to the bland turkey. I would make this again with ground beef and fresh spinach.
Wow!!! Delicious!!! I did use fresh spinach. Next time think I’ll add more feta but besides that we loved them!!!! Can’t wait to make them again
I don’t eat turkey so I did it with marinated tofu (crumbled). It came out great! a long time ago there was a burrito place near me that had the biggest burritoes I have ever seen, sadly they are gone. But their marinated tofu recipe survived. I got this from them before they closed: Tofu marinated in orange juice and chopped chipotle peppers (rehydrated dried peppers then chopped). salt & pepper to taste with some oil (I like a bit of sesame oil). Marinate overnight crush it up and mix with this recipe. cooked and crumbled Tempeh would also work with this recipe.
