Ingredients
- 1 can white cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon
- Hot pepper sauce
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
Instructions
- In food processor combine beans and garlic. Process and add rosemary and olive oil. Squeeze in lemon juice and a dash of hot pepper sauce. Process until smooth. Scoop into dish and serve with toasted pitas.

This was a big hit at my ladies’ lunch today. If you’re not a big garlic fan, cut back a bit.
This is easy to make but I don’t think I’ll make it again. The taste just didn’t score a hit with the family. I’m not quite sure what it is missing in the recipe.
Delicious! Though a tad too much garlic. Better the second day.
