Spicy Garlic Green Beans

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup water
  2. 1 pound sliced green beans
  3. 2 tablespoons Asian sesame oil
  4. 2 clove garlic, minced
  5. Red pepper flakes, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, bring water and green beans to a simmer. Cook, uncovered until water evaporates. Drizzle in sesame oil and stir in garlic and red pepper flakes. Toss to coat and cook for 1 minute. Serve hot or cold.
