Ingredients
- 1 pound carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a microwave proof dish. Cover tightly, cook on high 10 to 12 minutes or until carrots are very soft and tender. Pour into a food processor and blend until smooth.

Tasty alternative to a fat-laden dip.
I have tried many recipes on the food network site and I have to say this was by far my least favorite. The consistency was unappealing and the taste was worse. I wouldn’t recommend this recipe to anyone.
