Very good, but definitely needed to increase both the cooking time and the temperature. Increased between 475-500 and probably 10-15 more minutes than recipe stated. Perfect French fry crunch!

Very tasty (and easy fries! Went great with my fried fish. Adjusted the recipe for less fries and used Chalula sauce. Next time will adjust temp/cooking time as recommended by others to achieve the crispier texture that I prefer. Overall..delish! Thanx Rach!!

This was a real winner. I used coconut oil but followed the rest of the recipe. It was real nice with the arugula watermelon salad also found on this site. The hot was balanced with the salad and particularly the watermelon.

Just got up from the table from these (I fixed it with Pat Neely’s Smoked Sausage Sandwiches…very food!!! More like raosted potatoes than fries, but really tasty! I left off the cajun sauce, to make them more kid friendly, and used some cajun spice instead of the spices called for in the recipe! YUM-O!!!

Very good fries! I recommend using cheap baking sheets because I ruined one of my good ones with the olive oil from the recipe, but we will definitely have these again!
