Ingredients

  1. 1/2 head red cabbage
  2. 1/2 head green cabbage
  3. 2 tablespoons sugar
  4. 1 lemon, juiced
  5. Pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Shred both cabbages very fine. Toss together. Add sugar, lemon juice, and salt and toss again. Refrigerate or use immediately.
