Instructions

  1. Bake 1/2 cup frozen waffle fries as the label directs; smash with a spatula. Cook 2 slices thick-cut bacon until crisp. Fry 1 egg in 1 tablespoon melted butter mixed with 1 tablespoon hot sauce, spooning the spicy butter over the egg. Top the waffle fries with 2 slices sharp cheddar and melt in the oven. Slide onto a buttered toasted brioche bun and top with the bacon, sliced avocado, the fried egg and chopped pickled hot peppers.
