These air fryer-made polenta fries are easy, crunchy, delectable, and addictive. I made my first batch as a test, and they turned out so well that I immediately went and got another tube. Serve with your preferred dipping sauce, such as ketchup.

Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) package prepared polenta
- nonstick olive oil cooking spray
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat an air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Slice polenta into long, thin slices resembling french fries.
- Spray the bottom of the basket with cooking spray. Place 1/2 of the polenta fries in the basket and lightly mist the tops with cooking spray. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook in the preheated air fryer for 10 minutes. Flip the fries with a spatula and cook until crispy, about 5 minutes longer. Transfer fries to a paper towel-lined plate. Repeat with remaining half of fries.
- You can also cut polenta into wedges to resemble potato wedges. Due to the thickness, you will need to add 10 minutes to cook time.

So easy and so delicious! I tossed a tiny bit of Adobo on with the salt and pepper. Nice little kick!
Used Flavored Polenta, Turned out Great!
These are very good. I made Parmesan polenta and saved the leftovers and made this recipe. Delicious
We really liked these! We haven’t had polenta before, so it was good.
Thought these were delicious and so easy! I warmed up some red pasta sauce for dipping. Incredible!
These were a great snack! Super easy. I had some leftover marinara sauce so ate them with that. One thing I’d recommend is making sure you like the flavor of the prepared polenta you use. I didn’t love the brand I used and probably won’t use it again.
