Ingredients

  1. 2 tablespoons mustard
  2. 1 hot dog bun
  3. 1 to 2 slices Swiss cheese
  4. 1 Polish hot dog, steamed
  5. 3 ounces sliced premium pastrami
  6. 1/4 cup sauerkraut

Instructions

  1. Spread mustard onto a warm, soft hot dog bun. Add cheese, hot dog, pastrami and top with sauerkraut.

This had good flavor but next time i will put the dogs in the broiler for a few so that the cheese gets all melty.
