After baking, a second layer of cream cheese, whipped topping, and additional vanilla are added to the creamy vanilla cheesecake atop a vanilla wafer crust to create a sophisticated dessert for a special occasion.

Ingredients

  1. 5 large heads broccoli, or more to taste
  2. 2 (8 ounce) bottles Caesar dressing
  3. ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for low heat, 275 to 325 degrees F (135 to 163 degrees C) and lightly oil the grate.
  2. Cut broccoli into the smallest size pieces that will not fall through the grill grates. Place broccoli in a bowl and pour dressing and Parmesan cheese on top. Toss by hand until broccoli is thoroughly coated.
  3. Cook on the preheated grill, quickly tending to any flare-ups to avoid charred broccoli, until lightly browned, 8 to 10 minutes per side.
  4. If the grill is preheated, you may end up with stuck broccoli if you don’t coat the grill with oil or nonstick spray.
  5. You can cook with indirect heat, but the dressing does not glaze over quite as well, and lightly flame-touched broccoli is excellent.

Loved the flavor of this! I ended up only using 1 bottle of dressing and that was plenty. I recommend using a grill basket to make things easier. Good recipe and one I will make again.
