Reviews
Our new favorite potatoes as a side dish when I’m grilling. I do bake them a little longer to crisp them a tad.
I loved it!
Loved these so much! They were simple and overall delicious. The lemon juice went perfectly with the garlic & other savory flavors. My dad, who hates garlic, asked if he could have more. 10/10 going to make these again! Thank you fabeveryday for sharing this yummy recipe!
Added tablespoon chopped onion. Used 2 tbsp lemon juice
Delicious, easy, and a great addition to any meal. After coating the potato slices, and putting them in the baking dish I pored the remaining seasoning on them. This possibly kept them from crisping as much as they could have, but I received zero complaints. These will be a regular side dish in our house now.
