The public adores this wonderful, simple recipe. Since I can remember, our family has made it for gatherings. Guacamole, cheese, veggies, seasoned sour cream, and refried beans are stacked on top of each other. Add tortilla chips to the menu. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons turbinado sugar
Instructions
- Combine honey, soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup, and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir until sugar dissolves and sauce is heated through, about 5 minutes.

Fast and easy with items I had on hand, with the exception of the turbinado sugar – just substituted regular sugar. It had good flavor. I used it as a sauce for our eggrolls.
Tastes good. Didn’t thicken up like genuine sweet and sour sauce though
