a different method of cooking catfish than deep frying it! This light fish dish is made with a delicious combination of tomatoes and Italian seasonings. Fantastic if you don’t like the occasionally overbearing taste of catfish. Make the sauce separately, then top the grilled catfish with it for a richer fish flavor.

The taste is good, and the consistency for the first day was perfect. However, as the honey has sat, the sugar has crystallized and the consistency has gotten runnier.

Excellent recipe. My mother made something similiar but Fireweed instead of rose petals. There is a real difference in taste.
