Ingredients
- 8 apples – peeled, cored, and chopped
- 2 cups water, or to taste
- 1 (15 ounce) package raisins
- 1 (14 ounce) package unseasoned dry bread stuffing mix
- 1 cup white sugar, or to taste
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or to taste
Instructions
- Mix apples, water, raisins, stuffing mix, sugar, eggs, and cinnamon together in a large bowl. Stir more water into the apple mixture to get to your desired level of moistness.
- When cooking stuffing inside turkey, assure it reaches a safe temperature. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
