Satisfying Broccoli-Apple Salad

This quick-to-make broccoli-apple salad is colorful and tasty. It tastes fantastic when it is first made, and when the vegetables pickle a little bit in the dressing over the course of each day in the refrigerator, it only gets better and better. I feel incredibly healthy after eating this, yet grabbing a bowl just takes a little bit longer than making a fresh salad every day. I even eat it for breakfast because it makes a terrific side dish for any dinner.
