Tropical Martini

We had received a lot of pumpkins and I needed to use up some chicken, so I started looking for recipes that would make use of my items. However, everything I discovered was rather hot, and I knew my grandsons would not enjoy it. Then, I found a recipe that appeared promising and utilized it as the foundation for this to make it—now a new family favorite! You should have as much fun as my family had.
