Reviews
This omelet is fantastic and very filling. We just had the opportunity to eat at Camilla’s Grill close to Bourbon Street. It is great!! We highly recommend and if you have to wait, believe me it’s worth the wait.
This is the best omelet you will ever eat!… Sometimes people think it is a little too much for breakfast with the chili and all but it is just too tasty to say no. The eggs taste especially good because they are put in a blender before they are cooked. It makes the eggs so light and fluffy and just amazing. Definitely try this recipe!… or even better come visit New Orleans and try the real thing at Camellia Grill!
