This is my favorite dip except I dice up a bunch of fresh jalapeños, add 2- 4oz cans chilles, use sour cream instead of mayo and cheddar instead of parm.. always put it in the oven unless reheating then microwave is ok

I’ve made this recipe for years. I add extra chopped jalapeno peppers, mix in 3/4 of the parmesan cheese and the remaining 1/4 cup I mix with Panko crumbs and sprinkle on top. I serve with fresh baguettes– everyone’s favorite every time! Before serving, I also add a small fresh jalapeno on top for a garnish. (I bake in a Pam coated quiche dish.)

This is the best dip on the planet! Every time I make this it gets eaten before any other dip and EVERYONE wants the recipe!

Wow! What a great dip! I’m a 72 year old grandpa who has a hard time with the store bought dips. Thought I’d surprise Grandma with something nice while we watched some football. Made the dip as written & we both loved it!! Great way to spend the day!

Loved this. I used Kraft parmesan cheese and accidentally mixed it into the dip. I then topped it with shredded cheddar in a low wide dish. Baked it for about 30 minutes and couldn’t get enough of it. I used Toasteds crackers and would do everything the same next time.

This is soooooooo good!!!! I like to stir in some parmesan cheese into the mayo/cream cheese mix too!!!! You cant have too much cheese right?

It’s the best hands down

I made the baked variety. It is really good tasting, but just the grated cheese on top made it a little difficult to dip through. I just went ahead and stirred it in to make it easier. Also, I used mild green chilis and hot jalapenos (canned) and it was a little mild for my family. If you want it spicy, I recommend using hot green chilis or adding more jalapeno. Really nice for a cold afternoon addition to a lunch buffet.

This was very tasty. I used fresh jalapeños but otherwise kept everything the same. Tasty with fresh baguette or tortilla chips.

I add onions and use fresh jalapenos instead of canned. My friends request me to make this dip for their parties. Everyone loves it, even the children!

Made this millions of times, diffidently bake it with parmesan and panko on top. We share with Scoops

Used to stuff jalapeños halves, added bacon bits to the mix, then topped halves with shredded cheddar. Boom, instant favorite.

I made it first for my family and halved it. I used fresh jalapenos. We all loved it. So I took it to a friends house and everyone LOVED it. Will definitely make it again soon.

My go to dip for parties. Always a hit. I make changes though they are not needed, it’s just personal preference. I double the chilies and jalapenos, throw in a handful of shredded cheese (whatever’s in the fridge) and put a thin layer of bread crumbs or panko over the parm. You really can’t go wrong with this.
Chelsea Meadows
Excellent! Had to add a lot more jalapenos than the recipe called for cuz it wasn’t “hot” enough for me. Will make it again soon.
James Klein
Great. Took it to a new level; smoked the cream cheese, grilled all peppers, mixed and broiled fresh parm! Delish

Good dip

This is an all time favorite at my job and with my family

Made it exactly as written in the recipe and it turned out AMAZING! I went for the oven option cause I like browned cheese, and it was exactly as I’d hoped!!

This was fantastic. I used a 4oz can of chopped jalapeños instead of a 2oz.. However, everyone agreed dbl that amt would be even better! So using the 7 1/2 oz can the next time. Used 1/2 mex mix shredded ch and 1/2 parmesan. Used panko bread crumbs on top. Baked for 30 min till bubbly and golden. (Also try adding shredded chicken.) Served with scoops.
Thomas Walters
I loved it! I doubled it and put bread crumbs on it for the crunchy. Baked it 10 mins on 375 mmmm
