Ingredients

  1. 2 (16 ounce) packages small curd cottage cheese
  2. 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
  3. 2 (8 ounce) packages shredded pepper Jack cheese
  4. 2 bunches scallions, chopped
  5. ½ cup chopped cilantro
  6. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  7. 3 cloves garlic, minced
  8. 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  9. 1 teaspoon salt
  10. freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, pepper Jack cheese, scallions, cilantro, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Refrigerate for 2 hours to allow flavors to develop.
