I used to go to an Indian buffet a lot. One of my favorite foods that they served was yogurt with that mint paste (mint chutney). This recipe is an almost perfect replica. I used more yogurt though (32 oz). That was about how much yogurt I thought was needed to balance out the paste enough. Great dip for pita bread fried in a pan with olive oil!

nice, light mint flavor

It was really refreshing and delicious. I used regular yogurt because I didn’t have Greek yogurt, maybe because of this was a little too thin.

It’s good, but it makes a LOT!
