Ingredients

  1. ½ cup (80 g) red or green grapes
  2. 1 medium orange, peeled, halved, seeded
  3. ½-inch-(1.3cm) thick slice pineapple, core included
  4. ¼ (4 oz) cucumber, peeled
  5. 1 (2 oz) carrot, halved
  6. ¼ (2 oz) medium apple, cored, seeded
  7. 2 cups (480 ml) ice cubes

Instructions

  1. 1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. 2. Select Variable 1.
  3. 3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
  4. 4. Blend for 1 minute, using the tamper to press the ingredients down.

Is this recipe copied from the vitamix site. Because the ingredients and their quantity look same and also how much this will yield i.e. 720 ml which is exactly the same???
