Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 pound sliced green beans
- 2 tablespoons Asian sesame oil
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- Red pepper flakes, to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, bring water and green beans to a simmer. Cook, uncovered until water evaporates. Drizzle in sesame oil and stir in garlic and red pepper flakes. Toss to coat and cook for 1 minute. Serve hot or cold.

This is an amazing recipe that is delicious, easy and quick! My family loves it and it’s especially great during the summer months when the beans are in season and you do not want to spend alot of time in the kitchen.
