Instructions

  1. Cut watermelon into workable pieces. Remove the seeds and the rind. Puree the watermelon in a blender or food processor. Pour the puree into ice cube trays and freeze.

Poorly written recipe. Do this:
1 Buy a SEEDLESS watermelon.
2 SCOOP out the pulp into a blender or food processor – for extra smooth juice then pour through a strainer and run a spoon through the pulp to allow the liquid to run through it.
3 Pour the juice into ice cube trays.
