Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup buttermilk
Instructions
- Heat oil in skillet and cook onions over medium high heat until tender. Stir in spinach, cayenne and feta. Combine spinach mixture, sour cream and buttermilk in food processor and blend. Serve with assorted vegetables;

I’m surprised at the other reviews. I made this for a bridal shower and everyone wanted the recipe. The consistency wasn’t soupy it was thick and had a great flavor. Making it the night before really enhances the cayenne.
This dip turned out tasteless and watery.
I find this extremely bland. Needs more seasonings
