Been making this since it aired. Love it–quick, easy to increase, great taste. If I have time, I add a jalapeño, but never garlic. Red onion Is nice, too, for the white. Yum!
This is a gringo version of pico de gallo. No jalapeño. Otherwise it’s fine.
Thank you for not adding jalapenos. So hard to find good Mexican food without all the spice.
You forgot the jalapeños! That’s a key ingredient.,
We used green onion instead of white onion and added just a little bit of sugar. Love it!
I made this for my dress club ladies, they loved it! Now they beg me to bring it. I just need to invest in a good mandolin.
I used only 1 lime and thought that was plenty. Also added some jalapeno and a garlic clove like suggested by someone else. Very good result.
Where’s the chilies????
uhh NOT… sorry Rachael this dish requires PEPPERS of some sort or its NOT mexican pico de gallo
Sooooo good it’s just like cupcakes and I love cupcakes
