It was delicious! My favorite way to eat cauliflower now!
I am almost ashamed to admit I licked my plate clean! Loved the “sauce” this makes! It is on the zippy side – as says my husband- but he had a small helping of seconds. I loved as written. Excellent! Great flavor and easy to make! Thank you!
I made it 03/22/21. Great sauce and I’m a sauce guy. We had an unopened jar of Hoisin in the pantry, since 2013. It looked and tasted okay, so I used it. Wonderful stuff. My change is I keep a bottle of 50/50 Siracha and ketchup in the fridge and that is what I used vice 100% Siracha. I’m thinking some minced garlic might be a nice add too. So, I will make up a big jar of Hoisin, olive oil, garlic and Siracha/ketchup to keep on-hand. This sauce will go well with a variety of meats. BTW, baking the cauliflower 20 minutes at 400 was enough time in the oven. The cauliflower had a slight crunch and the sauce was glazed. A keeper, thanks.
Easy, a little spicy but good
Excellent as is!
