I tried this recipe and I agree with other reviewers that say it is too sweet. I have been making a variation of this dish for years. Steam a bag of baby carrots. Microwave two tablespoons of orange marmalade with enough water to make a syrup, skip the sugar and mix with steamed carrots. It is VERY GOOD!!

I used a frozen bag of carrots & there is no need for that much glaze. I barely used 2 spoonfuls…cut the glaze ingredients by half if not more. but its delicious

My family loved this recipe! Even my husband and son ate some! That says a lot in my house!!! I did substitute the marmalade for fresh orange juice, because that’s what I had on hand. Actually it was a cutie or halo.

A quick and easy side dish.

I thought they would taste better than this carrot recipe . carrots turned into mush. My husband did not like this at all. Don’t think I will try this one again

Easy enough for my 8 year old to make while I was cooking dinner. She loved it and so did her brother and sister. We cut back on marmalade based on other reviews.

It was a great idea and it was easy, but it wasn’t very tasty. Overly sweet with the marmalade etc…

Yum! We love glazed carrots. I didn’t use canned carrots, instead I sliced and steamed my carrots then continued on with the recipe.

I did not have canned carrots, I used baby carrots that I steamed until slightly tender. This was good but quite sweet. I’d make this again but cut the brown sugar back by half.
