To impress my lover when we first started dating, I made these mushrooms. These are currently his top pick.

Ingredients
- 3 slices bacon
- ½ (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 drops Worcestershire sauce
- 2 dashes ground black pepper
- 1 pound mushrooms, stems removed
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place the bacon in a large, deep skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until crisp and evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain the bacon slices on a paper towel-lined plate; crumble the drained bacon into a bowl. Stir in the cream cheese, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper until evenly mixed. Spoon the filling into the mushroom caps and place into an 8×8-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes.

Reviews
Easy recipe that can be changed to your liking. Think I will add a bit more spice next time.
Easy and delicious! Will make again soon!
Good as written but I also made it following some review suggestions and it was even better. I diced the stems, cooked them in some of the bacon fat, added some chives and topped with breadcrumbs. I did need to put them under the broiler briefly to brown the crumbs but the crunch added a nice contrast. Really yummy. They disappeared.
These were okay. They lacked some flavor and I couldn’t really taste the bacon at all.
I cheated and used the soft type of bacon bits. These are so good!!!
Really enjoyed these mushrooms and so easy to make. I’d recommend them to anyone.
I loved these, easy to make, delicious.
Great tasting and easy to make!!!
These were amazing! I love stuffed mushrooms but only one or two restaurants make them good enough for me. So I decided to make my own. I was pleasantly surprised at how this easy recipe turned out to be better than any I’ve ever tasted! I will only be eating my own prepared stuffed mushrooms! Thanks for sharing
Yummy!
I’ve made these a few times and don’t measure really. The flavor combo of the cream cheese, parm, bacon and Worcestershire sauce is delicious! I usually use baby portabellas. Once I was short on cream cheese so used swiss and that was good too.
they liked it
This recipe is DELICIOUS! a+
Very good and a hit at get togethers!
yummy!
I added sausage & the chopped up stems. They were yummy
I checked the other reviews first, so I made some adjustments. Put the stems in the mix, I didn’t want to waste them. I also added some fresh parsely and garlic. Turned out great! I also put some breadcrumbs on top and broiled for the last couple of minutes. Everyone loved them. I will be making these again.
These are ok but, for us, need some bite in the flavor. Adding a touch of hot sauce or cayenne to the mix opens the flavors.
They were really good, everyone at the party liked them
We will definitely be making this one again. My husband and I made the entire batch disappear in less than 15 minutes. Whoops.
Yum!!! I did embellish a bit though…I add just a touch of crumbled dehydrated minced onion and a dash of garlic powder. I’ve also had these made with breakfast sausage. Both are excellent!
