Instructions

  1. Combine 1 cup sour cream, 2 tablespoons milk, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/4 teaspoon each garlic powder and onion powder, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 2 teaspoons each lemon zest, chopped mint and parsley in a bowl and whisk until smooth.

Easy peasy and very yummy.  Served as a light lunch with cucumbers, baby carrots, grape tomatoes, sugar snap peas, and crackers.  Enough for me to eat for a few days for lunch.  The lemon really adds some brightness you don’t typically experience in a ranch or herb-based dip.  Thanks for a great recipe!
