I’m not usually a fan of honey mustard sauce because I haven’t tried one that I like. I found this recipe because I made some chicken tenders for my husband and we were out of honey mustard sauce. I was also out of mayo but I had the ingredients to make mayo from scratch so I made this recipe and left out the lemon juice. My husband loved it! So I tried it and I love it too! I don’t know if the homemade mayo or the left out lemon juice made a difference but I will definitely make this sauce again!

Creamy with a delicious burst of sweet and savory. This was so easy to make! The taste is well balanced and superb (in my humble opinion:-)

My husband and I liked the recipe just the way it was written, however we used it right away, I did not allow it to chill overnight. My ingredients were already chilled except the honey.

Ate an hour after I made it was very good

I loved the taste with my fish sticks, but I do feel like it could a pinch less spice from the lemon juice and the mayo, and be a tad bit sweeter. Other than that it was bomb!

Best honey mustard recipe I have found. Like others I switched the yellow and Dijon amounts and used Mikes hot honey and the result blows away any store bought HM. Tastes better the next day and also thickens. Well done

Perfect! Exactly like restaurant quality honey mustard dressing. Definitely bookmarking this one! Using tonight as a dipping sauce for City Chicken.

I thought this was perfect. Not too sweet, not to tart.

Seemed too sweet at first, but was perfect once it got to meld overnight.

Excellent recipe, I also like to add 1 tea spoon of salt and about 1/2 table spoon or more of black pepper that way it can give more flavor to the palette. Love it when it has a generous amount of black pepper. THANKS

This is absolutely delicious. We use it as a salad dressing as well as a dipping sauce for chicken.

Very easy to make and so tasty!

Make this 1-2 times a week and use on garden salads, gyro salads, and as a dipping sauce for wings etc. so easy and easy to adjust. I always now use 1/2 mayo and 1/2 plain greek yogurt and make a double recipe. I like to have it in the fridge as I find my family can almost always combine it with leftovers and feed themselves snacks

Everyone in my family loves this sauce. We use it on salads as well.

This is delicious!! The only thing I changed was the mustards. I used 2 Tbls of the Dijon mustard and 1 Tablespoon of the yellow mustard. This recipe is so good I can’t imagine using anything else ever again! ❤️❤️❤️

Liked it as is but I added another teaspoon of Dijon because I love Dijon. It was so simple to make that there in now no need to purchase Ken’s Honey Mustard which is normally my go to dressing/dip.
