Ingredients

  1. One 750-milliliter bottle crisp white wine
  2. 1 cup green grape juice
  3. 1/2 cup white rum
  4. 1/2 cup green seedless grapes, halved
  5. 1 Granny Smith apple, sliced
  6. 1 lemon, sliced
  7. 1 pear, sliced
  8. One 750-milliliter bottle dry sparkling wine

Instructions

  1. Add the white wine, grape juice, rum, grapes, apple, lemon and pear to a large pitcher and stir to combine. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to overnight, so the flavors have time to develop.
  2. Stir in the sparkling wine before serving.
