I frequently find myself cooking for one as a college student. For those of us who constantly cook for one, it can be difficult to find dishes where this kind of quantity is straightforward to achieve, but I developed a recipe where it is!

Ingredients
- 1 (750 milliliter) bottle Spanish white wine
- ⅓ cup brandy
- ¼ cup berry-flavored schnapps
- 1 pint fresh strawberries
- 1 pint fresh raspberries
- 2 fresh peaches
- ½ cup raspberry-flavored seltzer
- ice as needed
Instructions
- Mix wine, brandy, and schnapps together in a large pitcher.
- Slice strawberries, raspberries, and peaches into medium chunks. Add to the wine mixture. Chill for a minimum of 3 to 4 hours.
- Pour in seltzer just prior to serving. Serve over ice with fruit added from the pitcher.
