Ingredients
- 4 ounces coffee-flavored liquor
- 4 ounces Russian vodka
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 4 whole coffee beans
Instructions
- Stir the coffee-flavored liquor and vodka with some ice cubes in a carafe with a long spoon and pour into 2 chilled coupe glasses.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the heavy cream. Close and shake vigorously for 30 seconds to thicken and aerate. Open the shaker and spoon the cream gently on top of each cocktail so it floats in a layer. Use a rasp to grate the fresh coffee beans on top of the cream. Enjoy.

This was wonderful! Rich and decadent. It was one and done for me!
Excellent, easy and delicious! I think 3/4 of the heavy whipping cream is too much for two coffees, I’d use 1/2 cup next time.
Good. Adult iced coffee. Learned a new way to make a quick, icy, frothy whipped cream for a cocktail.
What Rosa wine did Trish serve?
