For her chocolate-themed dinner parties, Ree likes to start the evening off with a chocolate martini. You will need something to shake the cocktail ingredients in, but if you don’t have a shaker, then a mason jar with the lid screwed on tightly does the job just as well.

Ingredients
- 2 ounces chopped white chocolate
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Sprinkles and sanding sugar, for the rim
- 1 1/2 ounces vanilla vodka
- 1 ounce strawberry cream liquor
- 1 ounce white chocolate liquor
- Chopped freeze-dried strawberries, fresh strawberries and white chocolate shavings, for topping
Instructions
- For the chocolate shell: Place a bowl over a pan of boiling water to create a double boiler and melt the white chocolate. Add the coconut oil, leave for 30 seconds and then stir to incorporate.
- Dip the rim of a martini glass into the chocolate shell mixture, then add sprinkles and sanding sugar to the shell before it has time to solidify. Set aside while you make the cocktail.
- For the cocktail: Add the vanilla vodka, strawberry cream liquor, white chocolate liquor and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake until the liquid is very cold. Pour into the martini glass and garnish with your choice of topping.
