White Chocolate Blondie Brownies

Love this soup so much. We fell in love with the tastes after I created it as a way to use up modest amounts of vegetables. Use normal Italian sausage for a less hot soup. Crushed red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper can be used for increased spiciness.

Total Time: 55 mins

Yield: 1 9×13-inch pan

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup butter
  2. 3 (1 ounce) squares white chocolate, chopped
  3. 4 eggs
  4. 2 cups white sugar
  5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  6. 2 cups all-purpose flour
  7. 1 teaspoon salt
  8. 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter and white chocolate together over low heat in a saucepan. Remove from heat, and let cool slightly. Meanwhile beat eggs with sugar and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl; mix in the butter mixture, and stir in the flour and salt until thoroughly combined. Scoop the batter into the prepared baking pan; sprinkle with white chocolate chips.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of the pan comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes. Allow to cool in pan for about 10 minutes before cutting into bars.

the recipe was great, thought it was a lot of sugar, but it ended up okay. It seemed to not cook well enough, sorry!

I made this with King Arthur One for One GF flour mix and it worked great! It makes a somewhat cakey biscuit but we enjoyed the texture. I also reduced sugar by 1/2 cup. We added white choc M&M’s on top. They sunk, but were still delicious. We will make again!

OMG! So good. Asis. Don’t mess with perfection.

Wow, these turned out fantastic! I only has two ounces of white chocolate but it didn’t matter. They are fabulous ??, my boyfriend ate half of the pan.

I might try to cut the sugar a little and mine were undercooked in the middle. If I left them in any longer they would have burned on top. I might try putting the batter in mini muffin form next time.

tastes sweet, but 30 minutes is not long enough! I cut it open and it is still raw and soft in the middle

Really great. We added white Chocolate chips throughout instead of just on the top but other than that we did it as is. Making again for sure.

These were amazing. I made no changes. I made these for a school bake sale, and they sold out quickly. They are VERY rich and very sweet.

My son wanted something white chocolate for his birthday so I made these & he absolutely loved these.I omitted the white chocolate chips & pressed miniature white chocolate kit kats into the top before baking instead.Yum!!

Loved this! Tasted amazing, I thought there was too much butter but in the end it was perfectly fine. I prefer less sugar so I decided to put in 1 1/2 cup. Overall, I’d rate this a 9/10

More like an eggy cake.

They were too sugary-sweet, not chocolate-y enough, and too greasy. Next time I will cut the sugar in half and melt more chocolate in less butter…

These were good, I used white choc. for the batter and butterscotch chips for the top. Be sure to spray your wax paper after lining the pan with it and start checking after 25 mins.

This recipe is a definite must try. My whole family loved it and we even shared it with some friends that were visiting and they too absolutely loved it. I did however, make some changes. I added an extra ounce of chocolate square and around a 1/4 cup more of chips for cutting. I cut out 1/2 cup of sugar. Since I baked it in a 9 by 9 baking pan, it took 15 more minutes after the 35. They were moist, chewy, and with a milky flavor that you’ll love. Two tips, buy good quality chocolate and add a bit of tart from either a bit of lime juice to the batter or some fresh strawberries on the side after it’s done. Will definitely make it again!

Best best best dessert ! Made this for a party & it was gone in an hour. Super easy to make & I can think of tons of variations with different flavored chips. Only thing I did differently was adding more chips to the top after it came out of the oven to make it more visually appealing. Will definitely make this again!!
