Perfect!! Taste on point, crumb PERFECT. I just bought a bread maker and used their recipe which was so disappointing. Thought I’d try again. Truly made this gluten gal gleeful!!

Super easy recipe and bread turns out great every time. I’ve used this as my go-to for basic white bread about 6 months now, and it never fails.

Works really good and I like that this is an oil based recipe and not butter as I usually have more oil than butter around my kitchen.

Very easy

Great recipe! The best bread for sandwiches I’ve ever made! Once it has cooled, it sliced perfectly. Great flavor!

I love this recipe! It’s so easy, and the ingredients are ones I keep in my house all the time. There’s no reading the recipe, making a list of what I need, going to the store, then finally getting home just in time to NOT want to make it after all that!!! My husband loves it to, there is no way I can get away with making one loaf for it to last us a week, he eats it all up the first 2 days or so, I have learned to make 2 or 3 at a time.

It cames out perfectly . I added some milk powder and plant based protein powder and some blended almond and chia seed for my liking , total adding no more than 1/4cup . Your receipe is better than the instruction receipe book

The biggest problem is there is no weight and had to add 1/4cp of water. I substituted: the stevia for sugar and butter for oil since gout is still a diagnostic. In the end I got bread but it was hardly worth three hours seeing as it didn’t make more than one lbs. I guess everyone else doubled it. What a disappointment.

Recipe was great, I baked the bread in the oven and it is so soft and fluffy. I also substituted 1 cup of flour for 1 cup of spelt flour yum!

I get most of my recipes online and have had many hits and misses, but this is the first time I’ve felt compelled, strongly, to leave a review. This is both the simplest and the best tasting bread machine recipe I’ve ever tried, and the loaf is the most attractive I’ve ever made in my machine. Thank you!

So easy. I even use it on the 80min express mode in my bread machine. I use a few other recipes, but this is my go-to, all round, easy loaf!

It was my 1st time using my Cuisinart bread maker and this is the perfect recipe, my bread turned out great & tasted delicious. Also my granddaughter never cared to eat bread but she loved this one.

One of the best bread machine recipes I’ve ever used. Didn’t take long to eat it all!

Turned out really good. I used the recommendations of others and substituted honey for the sugar (2 Tbsp) and butter for the oil (3 Tbsp). This recipe made a 1lb. loaf in the bread machine. I also used bread flour.

Soooooo easy. Tastes great. I plan to add sugar free chocolate chips next loaf.

I use bread machine yeast, swap out honey, and butter for sugar and oil. It comes out just as good. Actually, I think it might be a little better. I also layer it a bit differently and dump my yeast in first letting the warm water activate it. Then I add sugar, oil, flour, and salt on top. I wasn’t sure what size loaf this is so I used 1 1/2 lb load setting and it comes out perfect. My family tends to eat half the loaf the first day I make it because it is so good.

It’s easy to make, anyone can make it and I love it ♥️. With food prices going up, it just makes good sense to make your own bread and anything else you can make from scratch
Shelley Browning
Is pretty good. Tastes like bread haha. Wish the instructions were better, but that could be me because this was my first time using my machine, so this recipe was easy. I had to watch a video about how to add the ingredients. Never used yeast in my life. Came out good though
