Ingredients
- One 1/2-inch-thick slice seedless watermelon, rind intact, 8 to 10 inches in diameter
- 1/2 cup arugula
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon walnut oil
Instructions
- On a large platter, sprinkle the watermelon slice with the arugula, feta and walnuts. Drizzle with the honey and then the walnut oil. Slice into wedges and serve.
