everyone loved it. i used dried dill as i forgot to get fresh. additionally, I sprinkled it with liquid smoke. Texture was nice and a definite make again.

The easiest and tastiest lox I’ve ever made. Loved the “leave it alone” technique. No turning!!
I used wild salmon. Made the sugar (white and light brown) equal to salt.
Added these spices coarsely ground :
1 teaspoon black peppercorns
• 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
• 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
Yuuum.
