Reviews
I love the addition of the apple cider vinegar. This would be such a good sauce for ribs or added to a slow cooker pulled pork.
I added a Tablespoon of Cayenne Pepper. It was good but a bit too tangy. I might cut back on the vinegar in the future…maybe 1/2 cup
I made it with half the salt, and it was too salty. I suggest making it with 1 teaspoon of salt instead.
I will definitely will make this vegan sauce agian! It was a great addition to our pig roast. Made the skin and feet so crispy!
Very nice. A bit on the sweet side for me, but I easily adjusted this issue by starting off with half of each of the syrup and the sugar. I used brown rice syrup instead of maple. I was able to heat this in about two minutes on medium. Thank you chefcs for your recipe.
