Ingredients
- 1 pound ripe strawberries, hulled and halved
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine strawberries, maple syrup, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a food processor or blender. Process at high speed until smooth and pureed.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- If your strawberries are really sweet and ripe, you won’t need much honey. But taste the puree, and add more until you reach your preferred sweetness.
