Ingredients

  1. Nonstick cooking spray, for spraying the muffin tin
  2. One 16.5-ounce tube prepared cookie dough
  3. 2 cups prepared vanilla pudding
  4. Fresh berries, for topping
  5. Confectioners’ sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray the cups of a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Cut the cookie dough into twelve 1-inch slices. Press each slice into a cup of the muffin tin, making sure to spread it evenly over the bottom and sides. Bake until the crust is set and the sides begin to turn golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool in the muffin tin, then carefully remove.
  3. When ready to serve, fill with 2 to 3 tablespoons vanilla pudding, top with a few berries and dust with confectioners’ sugar. Serve immediately.

Disaster!  Must be a step or two missing.  Failed to make a cup, only a blob

This FAILED. I pressed these into the sprayed muffin tins as directed but when baking them they puffed up in the middle with no room to put the pudding. What did I do wrong?

These have a great presentation! Served at Super bowl!  Very easy to make and if ya want to impress this should do the trick. 🙂 Lots of compliments.

Fixed these tonight exactly as recipe stated.  Family LOVED them and they look impressive even though they took less than 15 minutes, other than cooking time.

This recipe is delicious and elegant, but so easy!  Kids can certainly do this too!  I left the cookie dough in the oven 11 min, not the desired time on the recipe; I have electric not gas, so I don’t know if that makes a difference.  Anyone who doesn’t like custard or pastry blend (me) will love this with vanilla, chocolate or any flavor pudding. Because the fruit was so expensive, next time I’ll pipe a Cool Whip star and sprinkle chopped up Andes Candies or any other treat and sprinkle with edible glitter.  Lots of ways to enjoy this great idea!
