Ingredients

  1. ½ cup low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt (such as Cabot®)
  2. 1 ½ tablespoons maple syrup
  3. ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  4. ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Place in the refrigerator to chill, about 15 minutes.
