Big flavors are present in this one-pot meal. With cheese sauce and Pace® Chunky Salsa, sauteed ground beef is combined with shell pasta. If desired, garnish with chopped cilantro.

I add nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon to equal about a teaspoon and a tiny pinch of salt which brings out the egg flavor.

Great! This was maybe my 2nd time making French toast (43 years old – IDK). I used English muffin bread like another poster suggested, added vanilla, and I didn’t have cinnamon so I used pumpkin pie spice and it turned out great!

Awesome

I’d give it a 5 but I added a little vanilla, cinnamon, and it didn’t give directions for how long to cook anything. I just winged it. Turned out pretty darn tasty.

My family loved this recipe. I didn’t change a thing. Only problem is I have had to make it four more times this week! Thanks for sharing your recipe.

Sometimes you just want a simple, classic French toast recipe. Or sometimes you buy a loaf of bread at the grocery store with plans to make sandwiches, but then a week later, those sandwiches were never made. only change I make is to add a 1/2 tsp of vanilla. Aside from that, the egg and milk ratio is spot on.

Boring!!! Nothing Ultimate or special about this recipe. Barely better than dry stale bread & tepid water

Classic French toast simple but delicious. I liked my sister that doesn’t even like French toast thought it was good

Five stars because I love “starting point” recipes. I added a pinch of salt, fake sugar, and cinnamon, & one bloop (official measurement) vanilla flavoring. I use one bloop of regular homogenized milk per egg. Went with English muffin bread and grilled in the leftover bacon grease on the flat top outdoors. A little bit of maple syrup. Fresh cut strawberries and a smattering of powdered sugar to complete the plan

It was very delicious

Definitely a family favorite! I used pre-sliced brioche bread and used four total tablespoons of milk (we use lactaid in my family). I also added one tablespoon of sugar, upped the cinnamon to 1/4 teaspoon and added a half teaspoon of vanilla. If you cut the bread into thirds it cooks faster and more evenly and it’s easier to eat, especially for little kids. Grease the pan with some butter and cook on low-medium heat and enjoy! Really simple recipe too, I’m only 15????

Scrumptious! I used thick slices of homemade cinnamon swirl bread, substituted milk for heavy whipping cream, and added 1/8 tsp. vanilla. Cooked on electric ceramic-top stove on low heat (#2 heat) for 1 minute on each side.

It. was. delightful. Definitely would make it again.

I add about a tablespoon of vanilla extract along with this recipe. Instead of adding sugar into the batter, I sprinkle cinnamon sugar over it after the bread is cooked. My significant other loves it!

Made it for my wife on Mother’s Day she loved it.

Meh. It’s okay. I used veg oil in a frying pan. Used 4 eggs, 1/2 teaspoon cimmanon, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 2 TBs milk, 4 slices of Artisan bread. First 2 slices came out good, last 2 just ok.
Mr. Martin Garcia
I doubled the cinnamon and added about 1/8 – 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Perfect!
