Very simple but delicious. I leave out the celery and put it on top of romaine lettuce, makes it a very filling meal. If it tastes a bit bland, add more dressing. You could also add cherry tomatoes for more variety.
I love tuna & mac salad.. wrapped in lettuce , on bread.. great recipe or just cold on a plate..
Added some red onion and add a dribble of balsamic on top as recently recommended. Hubby loved it!
The recipe is easy with simple ingredients.
I used lentil pasta to make it healthier.
I also drizzled a little balsamic glaze over individual servings. This definitely gave the whole thing a better flavor. Not sure I would make again, but if I did, I may add red onion.
