Ingredients

  1. 2 yellow tomatoes, sliced into 8 pieces
  2. 2 red tomatoes, sliced into 8 pieces
  3. 1 head fennel, shaved
  4. 2 ounces red onion, shaved
  5. 4 teaspoons basil, chiffonade
  6. 4 ounces extra-virgin olive oil
  7. 4 ounces red wine vinegar
  8. kosher salt
  9. coarse black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix together and serve.
