I made this and like it a lot. I love that it’s so healthy. I added my left over fresh dill and I think I want to add more next time. This will be a staple in my home.

Please hosts, when talking about healthier recipes……try taking into account the amount of sodium is in your dishes. Fat, carbs, fiber etc. are not the only elements of a dish you to which to pay attention.

Tofu has no flavor. Doesn’t it just take on the flavors of what you cook it with.

Didn’t taste bad but it was a little bit grainy. Next time I am going to try actual garlic and onion instead of using powered versions.

I am really impressed with the acting ability of the people on The Kitchen. This was pretty bad. The taste improved marginally after letting it sit in the fridge for a few hours, but it is still pretty bad. Everyone on the show raved about how awesome it was. Meh.

I didn’t have any chives so I used thyme and added a little extra parsley.  Came out more like a green goddess/ranch but still delicious.  Mine was plenty thick – make sure you drain the tofu before putting it in the blender.

It’s thin, but usable as a dip or dressing.

I so wanted to love this but it wasn’t anything like ranch dressing.

I thought I was going to hate this, and I do wish it was a bit thicker, but it is fantastic! Because it is a bit thin, it is better as a dressing than a dip, but super easy to make and I can’t imagine ever using regular ranch again!
Hunter Powell
I loved it and find it a good substitute for a high fat and calorie dip.
