I was looking for a simple toasted/roasted walnut recipe and you can’t get any simpler than this one. The toasting mellows the sharpness of the walnuts very nicely.

Funny, I could not find this with a search on the allrecipes website, but found it with a google search. Very easy, and makes so much of a difference when using walnuts in a salad. Check nuts after 6 minutes in oven, then recheck every minute. Do not let them burn!
