I blend it in a Vitamix® 7500 for 35 to 45 seconds at a speed of 7 or 8, and it comes out smooth and palatable. Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 tomato, roughly chopped
- 1 large carrot, roughly chopped
- 1 cup kale
- 2 radishes, roughly chopped
- 1 lemon, peeled
- 1 teaspoon spirulina powder
- 6 ice cubes, or as needed
Instructions
- Pour water into a blender. Add tomato, carrot, kale, radishes, lemon, spirulina powder; top with ice cubes. Blend vegetable mixture until smooth.

Its not good
So, I just thought I had enough kale. Didn’t have radishes so my comprimise was a polblano pepper and 1/2 the kale. Wow. Can’t wait to try the original version.
Love it. Put 1 cup tomato juice and 1 water. I think I’ll replace the water with ice cubes next time. Lemon juice because I didn’t have a lemon. Thats the best thing about sharing reviews…it helps us all!
