Ingredients
- ½ cup teriyaki marinade (such as Kikkoman®)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 bunch scallions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets

- 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
- ½ cup stir-fry sauce (such as Kikkoman®)

- Heat a wok over medium-high heat. Add scallions, garlic, and oil; stir-fry for about 1 minute. Add broccoli, snow peas, and bell pepper; stir-fry for 2 minutes more. Add stir-fry sauce and mix until vegetables are coated.

I will definitely be making this again. And again. And again!
Delicious and easy! I added squash and water chestnuts! Will make this again!
Followed recipe but added a little more heat with extra chili paste. Very good!!
This was great! Super delicious, easy and healthy. I added some bamboo shoots but otherwise made the recipe as written. Thanks!
Absolutely loved this recipe. I used boneless chicken thighs instead of breast. Using the breasts next time. I add water chestnuts and cauliflower rice. Made it so much better!! Definitely making this again and again!! Love, love, love this recipe!!
I changed it up a bit by making my own stir-fry sauce from most of the same ingredients in the jarred sauce. Adding coconut aminos instead of soy & garlic and ginger and a bit of sherry. It turned out great! My husband loved it.
I would cut back on the teriyaki sauce at the end to reduce the sodium level. Quick and easy. Served it with cauliflower rice
