Ingredients

  1. ½ cup teriyaki marinade (such as Kikkoman®)
  2. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  3. 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
  4. 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  5. ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  6. ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  7. 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch cubes
  8. 1 bunch scallions, sliced
  9. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  10. 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  11. 1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets
  12. 1 cup snow peas, halved
  13. 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
  14. ½ cup stir-fry sauce (such as Kikkoman®)

Instructions

  1. Whisk teriyaki marinade, soy sauce, ginger, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, and black pepper together in a large glass or ceramic bowl. Add chicken and toss to evenly coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 5 hours.
  2. Heat a wok over medium-high heat. Add scallions, garlic, and oil; stir-fry for about 1 minute. Add broccoli, snow peas, and bell pepper; stir-fry for 2 minutes more. Add stir-fry sauce and mix until vegetables are coated.
  3. Remove chicken from the marinade and shake off excess. Discard the remaining marinade. Add chicken to the wok and stir-fry until chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 5 minutes.

This was great! Super delicious, easy and healthy. I added some bamboo shoots but otherwise made the recipe as written. Thanks!

Absolutely loved this recipe. I used boneless chicken thighs instead of breast. Using the breasts next time. I add water chestnuts and cauliflower rice. Made it so much better!! Definitely making this again and again!! Love, love, love this recipe!!

I changed it up a bit by making my own stir-fry sauce from most of the same ingredients in the jarred sauce. Adding coconut aminos instead of soy & garlic and ginger and a bit of sherry. It turned out great! My husband loved it.

I would cut back on the teriyaki sauce at the end to reduce the sodium level. Quick and easy. Served it with cauliflower rice
