Ingredients
- 1 gallon mayonnaise
- 4 cups Thai sweet chili sauce
- 2 cups tequila
- 1 1/2 cups Sriracha
- 1/2 cup sesame oil
- 1/4 cup adobo seasoning
- 1/4 cup granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, chili sauce, tequila, Sriracha, oil, adobo, granulated garlic, cayenne and 2 cups water. Mix to combine.

A good sauce, but the sesame oil comes across a little too strong. Next time I make it I will probably cut the sesame oil to a quarter or half. Here are the measurements in order from above if you don’t want to use a gallon of mayo: 4c, 1c, 1/2c, 6T, 2T, 1T, 1T, 3/4t.
I made this after the first airing tonight, and it was “The Bomb!!” I am so making this OFTEN!!
